Government user research and interaction design partner

We are specialists in user research, interaction design and content for government. We focus on delivering these services to a very high standard, which means we always work in partnership with other agencies or in-house delivery teams. Collaboration is normal.

The depth to which we get involved in projects depends on the need. We can run a small round of user research at the outset of a project or a full discovery and alpha package working in parallel with developers for a number of weeks or months.

Contractually, we often work as a sub-contractor to a larger development team or if you prefer we can contract directly with government. We are listed on G-Cloud and Digital Marketplace.

If you have a project or a contract you’ve already won, we’re happy to get involved at any stage though the further upstream we arrive, the easier it is to integrate a user centred approach.

If there’s a project you are considering bidding for and you need credentials around digital service design, UX and user research for government, then we are an ideal partner. We often get involved in proposals and responses to tenders.
