Design effective digital products
You are responsible for a digital product or service and you need to design a cohesive and simple experience for patients and clinicians. There may be physical components to the product plus smartphone and web apps.
Activities
Our co-design process with patients and clinicians will help you identify what is most important to users, which features and functionality will have impact and ultimately design the product around user needs.
We conduct qualitative design research, storyboard experiences, and prototype user journeys, so that you can deliver a joined up experience.
We collaborate with digital production teams during production.
Outputs
- Experience design specification based on prioritised user needs
- User journeys, screen designs, information architecture
- Prioritised backlogs
